Hey hey, what a surprise -- I've joined yet another specialty social network out there dedicated just to book nerds, this time called GoodReads. What can I say? I think such services to be a lot of fun for anyone out there who are into books, and can provide a lot of benefits at once to someone like me who both reads and writes a lot; I not only learn of a lot of new books at such places, by comparing fellow members' booklists to mine and seeing where they differ, but those fellow members are doing the same by looking at my own list, and especially reading the reviews I repost at them. So, I'm not only gaining new audience members for the main website here, but also learning more about what those people want me to review in the first place. How can you complain?
