Photo of the day: "Washington DC 142," by Dan Hancock

Washington DC 142, by Dan Hancock

Today's photo of the day is entitled "Washington DC 142" and is by Dan Hancock -- thus proving once and for all that, yes, even I can occasionally like babies too. Dan is from Lexington, Kentucky, and lists his occupation as "a father of a beautiful world-conquering daughter, a toy collector, a web designer, and a geek in general." He has a personal blog you can check out (and see a lot more photos of his family), as well as being a contributor to the comics-review site About Heroes.

Don't forget that I actually maintain a whole page of favorite photographs over at Flickr, for those who would like to see more. To express an interest in having your own work featured, just drop me a line at cclapcenter [at] gmail.com.

P.S. And here's yet another shot I came across that I liked, of the photographer and model:

See, I like cute things! Stop saying that I don't like cute things!
