Today's photo of the day is entitled "No Reason at All," and is by Chicago-area photographer Seth Anderson. It is an image of the "Progress Lighting the Way for Commerce" statue, found at the top of the old Montgomery Ward building in the Chicago Loop; it was first installed right at the year 1900, in fact, making it 107 years old in this particular picture. By the way, Seth is also one of the founders of the Chicago marketing consultancy B12; their interesting corporate blog can be found here.
Don't forget that I actually maintain a whole page of favorite photographs over at Flickr, for those who would like to see more. To express an interest in having your own work featured, just drop me a line at cclapcenter [at] gmail.com.
