Photo of the day: "Road construction," by Amy Strass

Road construction, by Amy Strass

Today's photo of the day is entitled "Road construction," an is by Amy Strass. Amy's based out of Chicago, and has a personal blog on top of her Flickr account; the photo shown here is also a part of a year-long experiment Amy is participating in (as does a lot of other Flickr members), by which they attempt to take and post at least one photo they're happy with per day for an entire year. Oh, and if Amy's name sounds familiar, it's because this is the third photo of hers to be featured at this site.

Don't forget that I actually maintain a whole page of favorite photographs over at Flickr, for those who would like to see more. To express an interest in having your own work featured, just drop me a line at cclapcenter [at] gmail.com.
