Photo of the day: "The place where we met," by Bernard Mosselmann

The place where we met, by Bernard Mosselmann

Today's photo of the day is entitled "The place where we met," and is by Bernard Mosselmann. Bernard is based out of Brussels, and concentrates in general on experimental photography; this particular photo was taken with what's called a pinhole camera, a fun project that can be made at home, in which a pinprick in the side of the paper camera serves as a substitute for a regular lens. As you can see, the process sometimes delivers gloriously weird results, which is why so many people are still such fans of this old-fashioned technology.

Don't forget that I actually maintain a whole page of favorite photographs over at Flickr, for those who would like to see more. To express an interest in having your own work featured, just drop me a line at cclapcenter [at] gmail.com.
