As you can imagine, this image was taken in Taipei (in the Asian country of Taiwan), and here's what WLT has to say about themselves -- "過度依賴可以被閱讀的事物必定會產生恐懼退化的窘境。" Yes, feel free to post the English translation in the comments below, if you happen to know it!
