EA-Land (formerly The Sims Online) is killed before it's even opened
EA, owners of The Sims Online, announced in February that they would be converting it into a more sophisticated Second Life competitor called EA-Land; but yesterday they abruptly killed the entire project with no explanation, four months before opening.
