Interesting -- this week, not only did McCain say he'd like to see most troops out of Iraq by 2013, but Obama said that withdrawal will likely take longer than the 16 months he originally proposed. A growing consensus on just how long the removal will take?

Major new 300-seat performance center to open in Lincoln Park
A group of investors have bought a historic building at Fullerton and Southport (in Chicago) and are turning it into a professional yet affordable 300-seat performance center, including balcony and orchestra pit, for rental to local theatre companies and dance troupes. Cool.
