Photo of the day: "Óculo," by Juan de Dios Santander Vela

Óculo, by Juan de Dios Santander Vela

Today's photo of the day is entitled "Óculo," and is by Juan de Dios Santander Vela. Juan is based out of Grenada, Spain, and according to his profile is taking some time off from the online world from now until 2009, to finish up his PhD. This particular image is of giant moving "venetian blinds" in the ceiling of Madrid-Barajas International Airport, the world's tenth busiest airport and Europe's fourth. Oh, and Juan has a Spanish-language personal blog as well, for those who would like to learn more.
