It's day twelve of the Ben Tanzer virtual book tour

Ben Tanzer virtual book tour 2009

Shazam! It's day twelve of CCLaP's latest artistic experiment, a two-week "virtual book tour" being conducted by Chicago author Ben Tanzer, in support of the story collection Repetition Patterns that the center put out last fall. You can click here to read more about the tour if you'd like, including the entire schedule and what exactly a "virtual book tour" is anyway.

Today Ben stops by the blog of writer S. Craig Renfroe, author of the story collection You Should Get That Looked At and the poetry book Flirting with Ridicule. Oh, and hey, it's another guest essay today on Ben's part over at Craig's blog, this time on various tips concerning the topic of artists marketing themselves; partly serious and partly funny, it'll hopefully inspire a few of you out there to undertake one of these virtual tours yourself.

Anyway, you can click here for the entire thing over at Craig's blog; and don't forget to stop by for a special Saturday update tomorrow, when the tour finally ends over at the website of author J.A. Tyler.
