For those who don't know, the way I come up with the items you see in CCLaP's regular "Yet More Interestingness" feature is by following along each day with several hundred RSS feeds; and the way I do that is by subscribing to them through the free and great Google Reader, not the only RSS aggregator out there but definitely the one I believe is far and away the best. And it turns out that last week Google Reader introduced a new feature called "bundles," by which users can put together themed groups of feeds they subscribe to, as a way to easily share these themed lists with others. Then if you're a user of Google Reader yourself, you can just click on one big "subscribe" button to start reading all of them yourself; and if you're a user of another feed-reader service, Google helpfully provides an OPML link as well, so that you too can easily follow along.
Anyway, just because I get asked about this on a regular basis, I decided to put together my own bundle, presenting the 50 feeds I absolutely try to read every single day whenever I can -- a combination of hard news, soft news, arts coverage, and sometimes just plain silliness. For those who are interested, you can check out the bundle and subscribe yourself by clicking on this link. Hope this is of use to some of you out there, especially the ones who have asked in the past exactly what feeds I read each day to find the items I highlight here at the site.
