Today's photo of the day is entitled Blue Yacht," and is by a Flickr member who goes just by his first name Buck. Buck is from Versailles, France, and in fact this particular image was taken in nearby Paris (that's the I'lle de la Cite you see in the background); according to the Google translation of his French-language profile, he is an amateur photographer and musician, and prefers long-exposure nighttime shots like the one you're seeing here.
