Photo of the day: "Bryggen (Tilt-Shift)," by Chris-Havard Berge

Bryggen (Tilt-Shift), by Chris-Havard Berge

Today's photo of the day is entitled "Bryggen (Tilt-Shift)," and is by Chris-Havard Berge. Chris-Havard is a student from this Norwegian town, known in English as "Bergen;" as the title indicates, this photo has had a "tilt-shift" effect added to it, a common accidental problem back when cameras were double-lens reflex (think of those old wooden ones with stands and bellows), now done deliberately with computers to add an interesting look. Chris-Havard has a personal blog as well, for those who would like to know more.

Don't forget that I actually maintain a whole page of favorite photographs over at Flickr, for those who would like to see more. To express an interest in having your own work featured, just drop me a line at cclapcenter [at] gmail.com.
