Today's photo of the day is entitled "Central Administration of Autonomous SSR Crimea," and is by a Flickr member who goes only by his first name, Patrick. Patrick is based out of Hamburg, Germany, although this particular image was taken in the city of Simferopol, the capital of the Crimean Republic in southern Ukraine; as the title indicates, it's a shot of the old central government building from when this was a Soviet state.
