St. Petersburg - 24 hours of flickr, by Tashi Delek

Today's photo of the day is entitled "St. Petersburg - 24 hours of flickr," and is by Tashi Delek. Tashi says at their profile that they're splitting their time these days between Iceland and Tibet; as you can guess from its title, this particular shot was taken in the Russian city of St. Petersburg.
