Jason Jordan has a new book coming out! Go order a copy, won't you?

Jason Jordan and 'The Dying Horse'

I heard this week from Ohio bizarro writer Jason Jordan, whose decomP magazine has been a great supporter of the center over the years, and a participant in most of the virtual book tours we've organized; and now it turns out that Jason has a new novella coming out soon, which just went up for pre-ordering yesterday. Entitled The Dying Horse, it's a black comedy about a post-apocalyptic America, which fellow bizarro author Kevin Wilson calls "the most easy-going novella bout the apocalypse that I've ever read," and which made author Patrick Wensink declare, "When the end of the world creeps up on us, Jason Jordan's The Dying Horse will be our atlas." It's being put out by Main Street Rag, a press that's been featured here before, and you can just stop by the book's main online headquarters there to order a copy right now. Best of luck with it, Jason, and I look forward to checking it out myself!
