Tonight! Tonight! CCLaP's 'Podcast Dreadful' live taping is tonight!

CCLaP's A Podcast Dreadful

Many thanks to all of you who have been following along and making online mentions of our "Podcast Dreadful" serial-fiction audiobook anthology, which started at the beginning of this month and will continue every Monday until Thanksgiving. And tonight, it's finally time for our live episode at Quimby's Bookstore! That's over in the Wicker Park neighborhood, for those who don't know (1854 W. North Avenue, to be specific), and we've got a great line-up of local performers for you -- Davis Schneiderman, Jason Fisk and Jacob S. Knabb reading from their own works, Ben Tanzer reading Keith McCleary and Sophia G. Starmack's "The Gothickers," and Mason Johnson performing Karl Wolff's "Doctor Lazarus Faust," with yours truly filling in for Christopher Sullivan as this episode's host. Plus we have a special effects crew in place who will be doing live radio-style sound effects in the background of each piece; and we'll have free food and beer as well, so what's stopping you from spending your Friday night tonight in such a fun and interesting way?! Again, that's tonight at 7 pm at Quimby's Bookstore, only about 45 minutes altogether, completely for free. I hope to see you all there!
