Hope to see you at the "View From Here" release party at Columbia College tonight!

The View From Here: A City All-Star Student Anthology

Hey, Chicagoans, just wanted to remind you about the release party we're having tonight for our second annual "city all-star" student anthology, The View From Here: Stories about Chicago Neighborhoods. This particular one is being held at the bookstore of Columbia College, located at 624 S. Michigan Avenue, from 5 to 7 pm tonight, and will feature six of the Columbia contributors from the book, as well as opening remarks by Columbia professor and popular local author Patricia Ann McNair, who wrote the book's introduction. And if you can't make it to that, don't forget that we have other View From Here reading events happening on November 19th at City Lit Books in Logan Square, November 21st at the Chicago Book Expo, and November 23rd at the University of Chicago; but more details on that as we get closer to the dates. For now, make sure to stop by the Facebook invite for more details, and I hope to see you down at the Columbia campus tonight!
